How do I rent a storage unit?

We're happy to help! You can get a unit in minutes without needing to schedule an appointment to meet onsite. We can do many things remotely, including opening our gate for you to take a look. Click here to reserve a unit now!

How do I cancel my lease?
​
If you need to cancel, no problem! Simply text us a picture of the cleaned out and swept out unit 30 days before the end of the month! It's that easy! The phone number is posted on the gate of your location. You can also cancel on our website by filling out the form here.

I need to update my credit card information.
​
You can access your account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to change or update your credit card information. You can also fill out a form here.
My gate access code isn't working.
​
Make sure you are entering the '#' sign after your custom code. If it still isn't working, make sure your account is up to date, as the gate will lock you out if you fall behind. You can look at your account 24 hours a day, 7 days week online and can also make a payment if needed. If that still doesn't fix the issue, give your location a call. We are happy to help!

What kind of lock should I purchase?

We recommended a disc lock. They can be purchased at any hardware store, Home Depot or Lowes.
What kind of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash as our gate system is linked to your online account.

Do I have to sign a long lease for a storage unit?
​
We offer month-to-month leases that only require a 30-day notice upon moving out! Keep it for as long or as short as you like!

Do you prorate what is owed when I rent a unit?
​
Yes- we prorate the remaining days of the month when you are moving into your unit! We bill monthly on the 1st of every month.
