While we hate to see you go, we know that self storage doesn't always last forever. We'd like to share how our cancellation process works so the move-out process goes smoothly for you!
First step, submit our cancellation form to give your notice.
Please note, we require a 30-day notice before the end of the month to avoid being charged for an additional month.
Next, be sure to completely clear out everything in your storage space and remove it from the property so that we can close out your account. It would be a shame to leave behind any of your cool stuff, but if you do find something you can no longer use, consider donating it to a charity to give it a second life.
Lastly, send us a picture of your cleaned and swept out unit by using the form below. That finalizes your move-out and lets us know you are no longer using the unit, since sometimes plans change!
